Sitio, a company of the Himo Group specialized in the management of shared spaces – work and live, developed a new product – Hybrid Office. This is a new product that meets the demand for solutions for the use of an office of their own, offering competitive conditions both in terms of costs associated with the rental of space, and the flexibility of the number of days to hire.
The new sitio network product – Hybrid Office – allows companies to choose the office they want to use, within the available sitio network – 13 locations in Lisbon and 3 in OPorto, as well as the number of days per week they wish to occupy it and which days of the week they wish to do so, on an exclusive basis.
Currently, the company offers this solution in a private office for up to 14 people, at Bairro Azul, located at Marquês da Fronteira street, in Lisbon.
With contracts for a minimum period of one month, the values of this solution vary according to the number of people and the number of days of use per week, starting at 500 euros/month.
For Miguel Ricardo, General Manager of the sitio network, “the new products, such as Hybrid Office, aim to meet the demand from companies for solutions that allow them to create new workspaces in which flexibility, employee mobility, and cost reduction assume strategic positions”.
The services covered by this new product include furniture, tax address, Wifi, meeting room (4h), CCTV, electricity, water, printer (50 prints/month pack), air conditioning/climate control, pantry, cleaning, tea, cakes, fruit, discounts/partnerships in the sitio partner network, access to the sitio network APP, 30% discount on meeting rooms, reception and mail notification.
