what are the different types of memberships that sitio offers?
sitio offers memberships with access to physical spaces: a private office or a dedicated desk. if you do not need physical space, you can opt for one of our virtual office modalities.
what are sitio member benefits?
sitio members can enjoy 21 locations: 13 workspaces and 8 residences. in the workspaces, regardless of membership level, you can use the common spaces at all locations, as well as meeting rooms. our members know that in any of the cities where we are located – Lisbon and Porto, they can find a workspace that meets sitio’s high standards of quality and versatility. belonging to the sitio network also means access to wide-ranging advantages, from discounts on tools for your business, leisure activities, and training. networking and business synergies are also intrinsic to our community of more than 200 companies and 700 members. regardless of having a membership, you can always pay a day rate to use a hot desk, or an hourly rate to use a meeting room. in relation to our residences, our members have access to the same benefits – access to events, perks and can book meeting rooms and hot desk.
do I get access to all locations?
yes, with any level of membership you have access to the common areas at all sitio locations and the ability to book meeting rooms or book in hot desk mode. depending on your contracted plan this access can be free of charge or paid by the hour/day. all the members get a 30% discount on every rate.
I’m not sure that shared spaces are the right fit for me. can I schedule a tour, or can I try it free for a day?
yes! you can schedule a tour with one of our community managers and try it free for a day! get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org.
about access and use
are the spaces open all day?
access to members is 24/7, but the spaces are open for non-members from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays. meeting room rates or hot desk rates are applied to non-members.
do you have printing services?
yes, all sitios are equipped with a multi-function printer for common use. depending on your plan you can have included printings, or you can pay per use.
do all your spaces have a kitchen?
yes, all sitios have a fully-equipped kitchen for communal use.
do sitios have receptionists? if I have a problem and need support, who do I ask for help?
all sitios have a community manager. in case support is needed, contact your community manager or via the sitio network app (https://network.sitio.pt/).
what do community managers do?
community managers help to ensure that all sitios run efficiently and smoothly: supporting our members, managing tours, and organizing events for the community.
is it possible for non-members to use the network spaces?
yes, non-members can purchase daily access or 10-day passes to use the sitio hot desks.
can I change the layout of my space?
yes, you can! just check with us first if you want to make some big alterations or need some assistance.
I need more space or tables, who should I ask for help?
ask a community manager for help, they will assist you.
can I share my office with another person?
yes, you can, as long as it does not exceed the office capacity.
can I bring a friend/colleague/client to work with me?
yes, as long as you do not exceed the office capacity.
are members allowed to work in all the common spaces?
yes, members have access to all common areas, including the kitchen.
how do I make a reservation for a meeting room or an events space?
through our app under ‘book a meeting room’ (https://network.sitio.pt/public/calendar/meeting_room).
can I invite people in for a meeting?
yes, you may invite clients and colleagues into a meeting room, your office (within capacity), or to one of the communal spaces.

about extra perks, benefits and promotion
can I refer a company to be a sitio member? what are the benefits?
yes! you will receive a lower, premium rate and/or discounts on your monthly fees.
are there any perks/discounts for being an active member?

I have some ideas to boost the sitio community. what should I do?
great! we welcome members and guests to share their ideas, suggestions, or feedback with a community manager.
I really like your merchandising! are there any for sale? can these be customized?
yes! we have a range of merchandise available for purchase and they can be customized. ask your community manager to see what we have for you.
what is sitio’s response to the coronavirus (covid-19)?
we prioritize the health and well-being of all our guests and employees. in addition to the mandatory use of masks, safe workspace distancing, and following all guidelines, we regularly clean and disinfect daily. you can work safely and with peace of mind with us!
