Presenting it as a “new product adjusted to the needs of companies that opt for a permanent hybrid office model”, Hybrid Office “responds to the demand for solutions to use an office of their own, but that offer competitive conditions both in terms of costs associated with renting space and the number of days to be hired”.
In this way, the new sitio network product allows companies to choose the office they want to use within its 13 locations in Lisbon and three in OPorto, as well as the number of days per week they want to occupy it and which days of the week they want to do so, on an exclusive basis.
According to Miguel Ricardo, General Manager of the sitio network, “new products like Hybrid Office aim to meet the demand from companies for solutions that allow them to create new workspaces, in which flexibility, employee mobility, and cost reduction assume strategic positions.”
Currently, sitio offers this solution in a private office for up to 14 people, in its Bairro Azul space in Lisbon. With contracts valid for a minimum period of one month, the values of this solution vary depending on the number of people and the number of days of use per week, starting at 500€/month.
