The sitio, a company specialized in the management of shared spaces, has just developed a new concept of workspaces, the ‘Hybrid Office’. According to the Real Estate Magazine, what is intended is to respond to the demand, by companies, for solutions to use an office of their own.
The difference between this new concept and the others is that it offers competitive conditions both in terms of associated costs and the number of days to be hired. “New products like the ‘Hybrid Office’ aim to meet the demand from companies for solutions that allow them to create new workspaces, in which flexibility, employee mobility and cost reduction assume strategic positions,” says Miguel Ricardo, General Manager of the sitio network.
According to the magazine, this new sitio product allows companies to choose the office they want to use, within the 16 locations available in Lisbon and Porto (13 in the capital and three in Invicta), as well as the days per week they intend to occupy it. With contracts for a minimum period of one month, the values of this solution start at 500 euros per month, depending on the number of people and the number of days of use per week.
Currently, it also makes the magazine stand out, the company makes this type of solution available, in a private office, for up to 14 people, at the Bairro Azul site, located at Marquês da Fronteira street, in Lisbon.
