Habita, a company of the Himo Group, has just announced the strengthening of its organisational structure with the entry into office of João Pedro Vaqueiro as new general manager, a position previously held by Rita Apolinário, who embraced a new project in the City of Lisbon, and André Tengarrinha, board member of the Himo Group, which now creates and leads the direction of Business, Habita.
João Pedro Vaqueiro assumes the general direction of Habita at the invitation of the Board of Directors of the Himo Group, with the aim of strengthening the company’s position as a player that contributes to the professionalisation of the real estate sector, where talent, specialised services and close relationships make the difference.
With a degree in Marketing Administration from IPAM, an MBA from ISEG and a Business Management Program from AESE, João Pedro Vaqueiro has a professional career mostly linked to the area of Marketing and Sales. He began his career at Unicre, and has worked for brands such as Intermarché, The Phone House, Tintas Robbialac and Grupo Brisa.
With a degree in economics and accumulated experience in commercial areas, particularly in banking and real estate, in the areas of promotion, asset management and mediation, André Tengarrinha takes over as business director. His mission is to accelerate and grow the commercial relevance of Habita, through a strategy based on empowering the sales force, as well as a robust and specialised portfolio of services.
The organisational reformulation incorporates the vision of a corporate transformation using digitalisation and new work methodologies, empowering the sales force with the best tools, allowing its consultants an increasingly assertive, complete and differentiated service.
